"Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Poor Performance"
- Stephan Keague
Organization is important everywhere and so it is while creating a presentation. While organizing, divide your presentation into 5 different parts:
A strong Introduction to start off with
3 powerful body paragraphs full of information which are also known as supporting paragraphs
And an impact full conclusion
Decide what information you are going to used in all the different parts of the presentation

Drafting
Since now you have finished your research, done your pre-write and organized it well, you now know where you want everything to go as well as how you want it to look like. Now it is time to draft. Drafting is putting together everything, connecting it and writing it down in essay format. While drafting you do not need to correct every single grammatical or spelling errors. That is what editing and revising are for, to correct the mistakes you made while drafting.
Not to do and what to do while drafting
There are some common mistakes that many people make while they are drafting. Questions are really good to ask, they keep the audience interested, anyone can add them. To add them is good but to add them in the right place is what you need to do. Add questions but to a limit, never add too many questions because after a while they get boring.
Always have a strong introduction that grabs the attention of listeners. Your body paragraphs or supporting paragraphs should always have the main information and it should be equally divided. The conclusion should be impact making. It should amaze the audience.
